1. Yellow is the most irritating color, because bright colors reflect more light which stimulate the eyes excessively.
2. Primary colors are blue, red and yellow. These colors cannot be made by mixing any other colors.
3. Secondary colors are made by mixing two primary colors. Orange, purple and green are the secondary colors.
4. Men in red are more attractive, more powerful and more sexually desirable to women.
5. Green is useful to increase concentration.
6. Wavelength and frequency of light transmitted from an object depend on the color of the object. Each color cones of the retina in our eyes are stimulated by specific wavelength and frequency so that we will be able to recognize various colors.
7. The colors of the visible spectrum, called the elementary colors, are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
8. Warm colors are made with red, orange, yellow, or some combination of these. Warm colors tend to make you think of sunlight and warmth.
9. Cool colors are made with blue, green, purple, or some combination of these. Cool colors might make you think of cool and peaceful things, like winter skies and still ponds.
10. Green is said to be the most neutral color.
11. Tertiary colors are orange-red, orange-yellow, yellow-green, blue-green, blue-purple, and red-purple. Tertiary colors assume more of one color than the other.

29. There are three types of color blindness - one type makes it difficult to distinguish between red and green, the second type makes it difficult to distinguish between blue and yellow, and a third type is actually complete color blindness in which the eye cannot detect any colors at all.
